Antioch Writers’ Workshop offers free readings and other events
The 33rd annual summer program of the Antioch Writers’ Workshop at University of Dayton is underway, but free and open-to-the-public programs will be held each evening through Thursday, July 19.

Becky Morean, Juliet Fromholt, TJ Turner, Shuly Cawood and Chris Tebbetts are all writers who live in the area or who have roots in the region; the other faculty
members have come to Dayton from across the United States.

These events are free and open to the public, thanks in part to sustainability funding from the Ohio Arts Council and the generosity of the workshop, a 501(c)3 non-profit.
Thurber House Summer Literary Picnic Series
If you’re up for small road trips with a literary theme, consider venturing to Columbus for the Thurber House Summer Literary Picnic Series. Each summer, Thurber House hosts picnics and readings with authors with an Ohio connec
