The purpose of this group is to help job seekers navigate the uncertainties and challenges of the job market. It may be with customers, vendors, colleagues, a boss or employees. Whether it’s allocating resources for a project, funding a new initiative and/or agreeing on who will take on specific tasks, negotiation is at the heart of the process. This hands-on session offers a step-by-step guide to effective negotiation. Now, you can begin to master the skills they need to become a win-win negotiator.
