Bicycle & Bootcamp

- STAFF REPORT

The Colton Underwood Legacy Foundation has partnered with Dayton Children’s Hospital and Muscle Pharm to host a fitness-focused fundraiser to support Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and celebrate local CF warrior Aubrey Inman. Aubrey, 5 years old, from Dayton, was recently chosen to receive an AffloVest, a next-generation mobile airway clearance system to offer her flexibility to do treatment without being connected to tubes or cords. To celebrate this gift, the public is invited to make fitness fun at the Legacy Bicycle & Bootcamp event at Welcome Stadium in Dayton on Sunday.

Colton has invited his certified personal trainer Connor Obrochta to join the line-up of fitness activities. The afternoon activities include:

■ 5-mile bike ride led by Colton and Aubrey on the Miami Valley Trail. Helmets are encouraged and will be provided as needed.

■ Legacy Project Rally with AffloVest presentation and celebrity meet and greet.

■ High intensity strength building workout Bootcamp with Connor Obrochta.

■ Younger participants experience their own fun with the Dayton Children’s Hospital field activities, including a teddy bear clinic, photo booth and giant games.

Event tickets range from $25$50 and all proceeds go to the Legacy Foundation to help carry on Colton’s mission to inspire life with CF.
