Lily’s marking 5 years with special veggie dinner
The Very Veggie Feast is a six-course, all-vegan friendly, menu with an optional wine pairing.
“We have always had a focus of working with the produce that is local and in season,” said Lily’s Bistro Owner, Emily Mendenhall in a press release to this news organization. “It just made sense to us to create a themed menu based entirely around that, and having it be 100 percent vegan was an exciting concept to cater to all of our vegan friends and neighbors who have supported us over the last five years.” The menu features: 1st Course (Amuse): Grilled peach with cashew
