ESSENTIAL PROBLEM SOLVING FOR TEAM MEMBERS: LEAN SIX SIGMA YELLOW BELT: Aug. 28, 8:30 a.m. at University of Dayton Center for Leadership, 1700 S. Patterson Blvd., Dayton. This one-day workshop is designed for all employees who want to learn basic problem-solving. Participants will gain the com/submitevents knowledge and skills to be an effective team member on a Lean Six Sigma problemsolving team. This includes leaders learning how to use the five-step Lean Six Sigma Problem Solving process called DMAIC.
