In a new episode called “The Colipsum Conundrum,” Gwynn (Imogen Waterhouse) grows increasing­ly suspicious that Wythers (Andrew Howard) is guilty, so she takes decisive action, straining her relationsh­ip with Garret (Jake Stormoen) in the process. Janzo and Talon (Anand Desai-Barochia, Jessica Green) are dismayed to find still more questions than answers when they finally meet the elusive colipsum suppliers. Meanwhile, Garret struggles to cope with a desperate new secret that could wind up killing him.

Chopped, 9 PM on FOOD; 12 AM on FOOD:

In the season finale, “Grill Masters: Finale Showdown,” the four champions from the qualifying rounds represent their barbecue style — Texas, Memphis, North Carolina and Kansas City — as they reassemble to compete for a grand prize of $50,000. One contender is eliminated in the first round, which reveals a wild and smoky ingredient in the basket, then the remaining three tackle a meat-and-potatoes entree round. A dessert round highlighti­ng festive sugary ingredient­s decides the winner. Amanda Freitag, Myron Mixon and Chris Santos are the judges.

The Shop, 11 PM on HBO; 4 AM on HBO:

A half-hour of unfiltered (hey, it’s HBO!) conversati­on and debate with hosts and executive producers LeBron James and Maverick Carter is in the cards on this new unscripted series, which will air periodical­ly throughout the year and feature some of the biggest names in sports and entertainm­ent. In tonight’s series premiere, James and Carter welcome an impressive guest roster that includes Emmywinnin­g comedy host Jon Stewart, WNBA star Candace Parker, rap superstar Snoop Dogg and New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., among others.
