The Disappearance of Phoenix Coldon, 7 PM on
OXY; 10 PM on OXY: This two-night true-crime presentation, which concludes Sunday, chronicles the case of Phoenix Coldon, a young black woman who vanished from East St. Louis, Mo., in late 2011. Her SUV was found abandoned but still running, key in the ignition, in a high-crime sector of the city, with Coldon’s glasses, purse, shoes and ID all inside. The baffling disappearance received scant media attention, but investigative reporter Shawndrea Thomas and retired Deputy Police Chief Joe Delia try to solve this cold case.

PM on HALL: Ambitious market researcher Joy Holbrook (Danielle Panabaker, “The Flash”) is forced to rush home to North Carolina after her aunt is hospitalized. Her homecoming unexpectedly reunites Joy with Ben Andrews (Matthew Long, “Timeless”), an old crush who is now the hospital administrator. When Joy volunteers to take over from her injured relative to plan the Cookie Crawl, an annual walking tour of homes, Ben steps up to help, realizing Joy has no idea how much that task entails. Chad Loves Michelle, 9 PM on OWN; 12 AM on OWN: This new unscripted series takes viewers along on the path to the altar currently under way for vocalist Michelle Williams of Destiny’s Child and Chad Johnson, a sports chaplain to several professional organizations. They’ve been together for a year now, but their careers haven’t allowed them to be in the same town for more than seven days at a time. That’s why they’re both relocating to Los Angeles and embarking on intensive pre-marital counseling sessions.
