Support to nonprofits

Lebanon City Council passed a resolution at the Jan. 8 council meeting to provide assistance to various local civic organizations through the city’s civic donation program. The program was established to provide support to nonprofit organizations that enhance the economic vitality and quality of life in the community. Local nonprofits can apply for the assistance on an annual basis.

This year’s program will provide financial assistance to the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Lebanon, Lebanon Optimist Club, Lebanon Rotary Club, Lebanon Symphony Orchestra & Chorus and the Arts Council of Lebanon.

In addition, a utility service credit will be provided to the Lebanon Public Library, the Warren County Historical Society, the Humane Association of Warren County, the Lebanon Council of Garden Clubs and the Lebanon Theatre Company.
