■ Fact-finder’s report is released Oct. 29 after delay. NOVEMBER 2018 ■ Some faculty senate members call for a vote of no confidence in Schrader. ■ Board of trustees votes unanimously to accept fact-finder’s report.

■ Union rejects fact- finder’s report by vote of 467 to 12.

■ Wright State agrees to pay $1 million to end federal visa probe. JANUARY 2019 ■ Board of trustees implements last, best offer for union on Jan. 4.

■ AAUP-WSU files notice on Jan. 7 with the state to strike Jan. 22.

■ Union files unfair labor practice complaint with state on Jan. 11.

■ Union negotiator offers to drop complaint in exchange for negotiations Jan. 14.

■ WSU offers negotiations for next contract if union drops labor complaint Jan. 16.

■ AAUP-WSU goes on strike Jan. 22.

■ SERB sides with union that strike is authorized and can continue.
