Man hit by car taken to hospital

A man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after he was hit by a car Saturday.

The man was struck by a vehicle in the 1900 block of South Gettysburg Avenue, according to the Dayton Police Department.

The car strike is currently under investigation. The man’s identity has not yet been released and the driver was not identified.
