Valley Street reopens with fresh look
Justin Morgan spreads mulch along Valley Street on Friday morning. The street has been closed or restricted to one lane for the past 15 months for a complete rebuild from Stanley Avenue to Rita Street and was reopened last week. New pavement, sidewalks, street lamps and signage were installed. The project cost about $2 million.
