Council meeting
The Lebanon City Council meets Tuesday at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 50 S. Broadway in Lebanon.
A new K9 team, including Officer Mindy McClain, will be introduced.
The council will then hold a public hearing on the Monroe Meadows subdivision rezoning. Later in the meeting, the council is to consider a zoning map amendment to rezone 6.1 acres of property off Southline Drive for the project.
In addition, the council is expected to approve the 20202024 Capital Improvement Plan for the city. The plan identifies roadway, utility and park improvement projects planned over the next five years.
Also, the council is expected to adopt the 2020 City Of Lebanon Pay Plan authorizing the city manager to incorporate a 2.75 percent nonunion staff wage increase into the 2020 operating budget, to be split between a 1.25 percent cost of living increase and a 1.50 percent performance increase.
The council is also expected to consider accepting application for annexation of a one-acre parcel for the Cardinal Landscaping offices. In addition, the council is to approve a $125,482 contract with Ohio Traffic And Lighting Solutions Inc. for purchase of the Mulberry Streetscape gateway feature from in the 2019 operating budget using Ohio Racetrack Redevelopment funding. The council also approved a petition for change of township boundaries to The Warren County Board Of County Commissioners for the Cardinal Landscaping annexation.
