Planning meeting

- STAFF REPORT

The Springboro Planning Commission is meeting in work session today at 6 p.m. The commission is to consider extending approval of the general plan at 1360 S. Main St., the Streamside planned residential development.

The property is a 2.35-acre parcel rezoned to a planned residential development in early 2018 along with a general plan that called for the development of a seven-unit residential subdivision served by a private access drive connecting to South Main Street on the west end of the property.

The local code allows for up to two six-month extensions of the initial general plan approval. The applicant received a six-month extension at the January 30 planning commission meeting. That extension expires on July 31. Staff recommends an extension that would run from Aug. 1 to January 31, 2020.

The property is the site of Woodhull’s operation including an 11,620-square foot building constructed in 2007 and a 4,186-square foot addition built in 2016.
