The American Medical Associatio­n ( AMA), the nation’s largest physician organizati­on, recently announced the election of Lisa Bohman Egbert, M.D., an OB- GYN from Dayton, Ohio, as the vice speaker of the AMA’s House of Delegates.

Dr. Egbert has been an active AMA member since medical school and has held several leadership positions within the AMA over the years. She previously served on the governing councils of both the Resident Physicians Section and the Young Physicians Section, as well as chair of the Young Physicians Section. Additional­ly, she has served on the AMPAC Board of Directors and the Women in Medicine Advisory Panel. She is currently serving her second termon the Council on Medical Service.

Also an active participan­t at the state and local levels, Dr. Egbert currently serves as Parliament­arian for the Ohio State Medical Associatio­n (OSMA) and as District 2 Councilor on the OSMA Governing Council. Previously, she was president of the Montgomery County Medical Associatio­n.

Dr. Egbert has been a general OB-GYN in solo practice in Dayton, Ohio for more than 20 years, and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrici­ans and Gynecologi­sts. She received both her undergradu­ate andmedical degrees from The Ohio State University.

The Ohlmann Group welcomes Julie Schrenk as Digital Project Manager. Schrenk will be responsibl­e for organizing, optimizing and monitoring campaigns across all digital paid platforms. She brings an extensive knowledge of digital marketing to her role at The Ohlmann Group. Previously, she worked as Client Services Manager at Vivial Media in Cincinnati, where she led an account coordinato­r team and specialize­d in content marketing, social media marketing and advertisin­g, website optimizati­on and reporting.

Schrenk attended the University of Dayton, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, minoring in Entreprene­urship.
