Bike ride and walk

The City of Springboro’s Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee and Mr. Boro’s Tavern are collaborating on a bike ride and walk at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, beginning and ending at the tavern, 495 N. Main St.

The ride takes place on local streets at a moderate pace with a lead and follow rider. Participants must by 21 years of age. Each rider must have a helmet, front and rear bike lights and reflective clothing. A cycling orientation will be provided before the ride.The four-mile walk takes place on the sidewalk, with a lead and follow walker, and includes hills and street crossings with moderate traffic.

Participants in both events are responsible for making their own evaluation of traffic, sidewalk and road safety and weather conditions.

The 2019 series will be held at North Park. Friday night concerts will feature tribute bands.

Beer sales and food trucks will be available. All concerts are free to attend.

Tuesday night concerts begin at 7 p.m., Friday night concerts at 7:30 p.m.
