Voting forum planned

The Beavercreek Women’s League is once again providing the ‘Candidates and Issues Forum’ as a community information resource for Greene County voters. This event will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 2, with the presentations starting at 9 a.m., at Peace Lutheran Church, 3530 Dayton-Xenia Road. Open to the public.

The forum is an all-local program that allows candidates to present themselves and their views on issues facing voters. Each candidate will present a three-minute speech. Ballot issues for Beavercreek Schools, Beavercreek City, Beavercreek Township, and Green County will also be presented. After the formal remarks there will be an opportunity to pose questions.

Election Day is Nov. 5, 2019. Beavercreek Women’s League has provided the Candidates and Issues Forum for many decades to help residents become informed voters.
