Winter Crisis Program

Attention Warren County residents, the E-HEAP Winter Crisis Program will be accepting applications through March 31.

If you have a disconnect notice on your gas and electric bill or if you need fuel oil or propane (tank must be 25% or less), you may be eligible. Warren County Community Services (WCCS) can assist with a one-time payment on your utility bill or make a onetime purchase of bulk fuel. Income guidelines:
