$189,900

Sitting on an oversized lot within The Meadows at Carriage Trails, this brick-and-vinyl two-story house features three bedrooms and an open floor plan.

Listed for $189,900 by Keller Williams Home Town Realty, the home at 3190 Coneflower Drive has about 1,400 square feet of living space. The house was built in 2012 and is part of the Carriage Trails community with open spaces, sidewalks and community areas. The Carriage Trails subdivision is located within Bethel Twp. of Miami County.

Recent updates made to the Sorrento model design include wood plank flooring throughout the main level, including the living room, dining room and kitchen. The range and dishwasher were updated last year as were the washer and dryer, which are included with the sale of the home.

The location of Carriage Trail is what the current

homeowners are going to miss as the neighborhood offers family-friendly common areas and its location to nature parks, shopping and the interstate.

Although still early, the front yard is trimmed with brick-lined gardens that feature annual flowers. A twocar garage has a concrete driveway and an oversized concrete patio is at the rear. The back yard is open with a privacy hill and a couple of trees.

Formal entry opens from the covered front door into a small entry pad. The staircase to the upstairs is straight off the entry while the formal living room is to the left. Wood plank flooring fills the entry and continues into the living room and adjoining dining room. A front window allows for natural light into the living room, and sliding patio doors fill the dining room with extra light as well as offer access to the rear patio.

Oak cabinetry fills two walls of the kitchen and a movable island provides additional storage. A double sink is below a window, and the kitchen comes equipped with a range, dishwasher and microwave. There is a pantry closet and a door that opens to the hidden stairwell to the full, unfinished basement.

The basement could be finished into a recreation room as all the mechanicals are tucked away near the stairwell.

Back on the main level, off the kitchen is a short hallway that leads to the laundry room of which the washer and dryer are included, access to a half bathroom with pedestal sink and access to the twocar, attached garage. The same wood flooring fills the hallway, laundry room and bathroom.

Carpeting covers the main staircase to the upstairs. The neutral carpeting continues through the upstairs hallway and into the three bedrooms.

All three bedrooms have large closets. The front two bedrooms have walk-in closets with the main bedroom having a walk-in closet, allowing for ample storage. The other front bedroom has a window within the closet. The back bedroom has a step-in closet.

All three bedrooms have ceiling paddle fans. The full bathroom features a fiberglass tub/shower, a singlesink vanity with extended countertop for a make-up desk, a linen closet and vinyl flooring.
