Miami Twp. facility will offer rehab, memory care and living options.
A new campus offering assisted living, independent living, memory care and post-acute healthcare services recently completed construction in Miami Twp.
Vienna Springs Health Campus in Miami Twp. sits on 6.6 acres at the southeast corner of Ohio 741 and Vienna Parkway. It provides numerous amenities, assistance with daily living and trained memory care professionals,
The new $12 million, 119-bed campus is the work of Louisville, Kentucky-based Trilogy Health Services, which was founded in 1997 and operates more than 110 Trilogy Senior Living Communities in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio.
The 84,889-square-foot, twostory facility features a state-ofthe-art therapy room that allows residents to have their rehabilitation needs met to assist in their recovery or to help them return home. It also includes an assisted living neighborhood and suites complete with kitchenettes and enough space to hold favorite items from home.
“When you combine beautiful surroundings, state-of-the-art amenities and staff members who have servant hearts, you create an
environment where seniors can thrive,” Leigh Ann Barney, president & CEO of Trilogy Health Services, said in a statement. “We are so excited to begin welcoming our first residents to Vienna Springs, and introducing them to a lifestyle with less worry and more opportunities to pursue the things they enjoy.”
Vienna Springs Health Campus offers a gated courtyard, allowing residents to participate in outdoor activities with friends. A private dining room is available to host family members for special occasions.
The facility’s independent living neighborhood features studio and semi-private apartments, along with a movie theater, bistro, kitchen, exercise room, lounge and porch.
In the campus’ Legacy Lane Memory Care neighborhood, caregivers are trained in Trilogy Health Services’ BFF Program, which is inspired by the Best Friends Approach to Dementia Care, pioneered by dementia experts David Troxel and Virginia Bell.
“Through the BFF Program, staff members take the time to learn each resident’s life story, and use that story to inform every aspect of their care,” the company said.
