Sports Camps offered for every kid

-

Did you know that gym (or phys ed) class boosts brain function, helps the immune system and has an overall positive effect on kids’ behavior? During the summertime, it’s vital to keep that momentum going. While gym class is out, sports camps are in.

During the city’s summer sports camps, kids learn new skills, build on existing knowledge and focus on the power of teamwork in a positive environment. The fan-favorite Sports Fun Camp is back again for 2022. Does your child love games and sports so much, they can’t pick just one? Sports Fun Camps mix it up and keep things interesting with fast-paced play. Campers experience everything from basketball to kickball to Capture the Flag.

There are also plenty of opportunities for your child to focus on a particular sport – flag football, basketball and soccer are on the schedule this year. Girls’ Sports Camp and Boys’ Sports Camp are also back and are an excellent way for kids to develop leadership skills during a friendly competition.
