Leadership Academy applicants sought

The Kettering Leadership Academy (KLA) is currently accepting applications for the class of 2022-2023. This program, created by Councilman Bruce Duke, is designed for individuals looking for a variety of leadership roles within the Kettering community.

The Academy begins in September with an overnight retreat, with day sessions held the second Thursday of each month through May. Topics include history, local government, community organizations, education, health care, businesses, service clubs, and volunteering. The Kettering Leadership Academy is a unique opportunity to learn about all of the wonderful facets of the City of Kettering, while experiencing both personal and professional growth.
