Summer volunteer opportunities offered

As the days begin to get a little longer, and the weather starts to warm, now is a great time to consider summer volunteer opportunities. The Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts department offers a wide variety of camps every summer.

Camp Staff is always on the lookout for volunteers to help engage campers in a number of ways, including leading games, playing sports, helping with outdoor adventures and crafts. Can’t volunteer all summer? No problem. The department will work with your schedule. This is a great opportunity for adults who enjoy working with children and for students looking to gain job experience, fulfill service hours, or just have a desire to have fun this summer.
