- ED RICHTER, STAFF WRITER

Lebanon City Council approved a real estate listing agreement with Jones Lang LaSalle ( JLL) for cityowned property being marketed for business development.

As part of the city’s 2022 goals and objectives, council wants to strengthen its tax base through quality economic development. The city is planning to market cityowned property for development, specifically on West Main Street and the industrial property within the Columbia Business Park.

The firm has provided the city with a leasing and sale agreement to be the exclusive broker for the city-owned land on West Main Street and in Columbia Business Park. It includes a one-year listing of the properties and an advertising plan with collateral that highlights the properties and promotes the Lebanon area.

The agreement covers the West Main Street site, which has 48 acres for development, and the Columbia Business Park site, which has 30 acres for development.
