3 AM on FOOD: In the new episode “Legacy on the Line,” host Robert Irvine travels to Shreveport, La., to meet Mavice, the proprietor of Eddie’s, her father’s legacy restaurant. Irvine quickly discerns that Mavice’s stubborn refusal to adapt to changing tastes is taking a toll on the food, her business’s finances and her family, which relies on Eddie’s for their livelihood.
