GREENE COUNTY HEALTH INSPECTION­S

The following are summaries of the state of Ohio standard inspection reports on file from the Greene County Combined Health District, from the week June 20 to June 24. District informatio­n is available online at https://www.yourfoodsa­fety.com/greene/.

Ha Ha Pizza 108 Xenia Ave., Yellow Springs

Date of inspection: June 22

Violations: Observed bulk container not labeled for contents.

Found manual wash temperatur­e reaching 106 degrees. PIC was able to adjust water heater for wash temp to reach 110 degrees F.

Repair all base coving that is peeling or loose or missing in the facility (near transition to back of facility, behind prep table etc.), add toilet roll holders in restrooms, caulk sink to wall (in restroom furthest down the hall), replace rear hand-wash sink — basin has cracks that go completely through.

Comments: Maintain corrected violations corrected and correct all remaining violations by the next standard inspection.

PIC was verbally informed of violations noted during inspection. All signatures on the inspection report have been digitally signed and agreed upon by the PIC and inspector. Inspection report will be emailed to PIC.

There are no items to process review; shop is a risk class 4 due to time in lieu for single slice pizza. Current owner may continue to sell pizza singly, but not yet sure.

Discussed the need to wash screens and buckets (stored in box on floor and in back hallway) before use.

Starbucks 4492 Indian Ripple Road, Beavercree­k

Date of inspection: June 21

Violations: No employee illness reporting form read/ signed by employees at time of inspection (if captured digitally, then please show at follow-up inspection).

Rolling cart with single-serve cups stored directly in front of hand-wash sink at time of inspection. PIC will find new place to store the cart.

No paper towels at 2/3 hand-wash sinks. Corrected

Dishwasher (set for high temp operation) only reaching approximat­ely 110F during wash and rinse cycles.

Follow up after repaired (using three-comp sink)
