ENGLEWOOD ( Jan. 4) — A report of a missing juvenile led police to a residence where the Dayton juvenile had previously been located. The woman who answered the door said that, to her knowledge, the 15-year-old missing girl was not at the residence. However, she went to her grandson’s room to see if anyone else was there. The boy was slow to open the door and appeared to be the only one in the room. An officer, however, reported noticing a closet door ajar. Upon opening it, he saw a bare foot on the closet floor behind hanging clothes. The girl finally came out of the closet, was handcuffed and arrested on a warrant out of Sandusky County, police said.
