kitchen has been updated with light granite counters on oak cabinetry. A cutout is above the double sink that allows views into the great room and through the sunroom. Stainless steel appliances, including a range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator, were new in 2021. Mosaic-glass tile accents the wall space between the cabinets and counter. A buffet counter is near the breakfast room and has a cookbook shelf and additional storage. There is also a pantry closet. Track lights and a hanging light fixture above the breakfast room add to the front-facing window.
A second pantry cabinet is located in the laundry room, which is off the kitchen. The laundry room has a wash tub and additional hanging cabinets and storage rack. Wood flooring fills the laundry room and matches the wood flooring in the kitchen. Access to the two-car garage is off the laundry room.
The split floor plan has the primary bedroom suite off the great room; two other bedrooms and a full bathroom are located off the great room on the opposite end. The primary bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan and a rear-facing picture window.
There is a walk-in closet. The private bathroom has a double-sink vanity and a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors and fiberglass surround; there is a transom window for natural light and wood vinyl flooring that matches the great room.
Similar flooring was installed in the guest bath, which is next to one bedroom off a short hallway near the foyer. The guest bath has a tub/shower and single-sink vanity. The guest bedroom has a cathedral ceiling and sliding-door closet. A third bedroom has direct access from the great room and could be a study or hobby space. All of the bedrooms have carpeting.
