A copy for employees to read and assign was being attached to the report. Corrected during inspection, critical repeat, Handwashing sink not accessible. Observed hand sink on salad prop line blocked by salad spinner. Informed person in charge and the machine was moved. Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. Observed containers stacked and stored without air drying completely. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed fan of meal walk-in cooler dusty. Ensure fan is cleaned to prevent contamination of foods in walk-in cooler.

127 S. Garber Drive, Tipp City Date of inspection: Jan. 31 Violations/comments: Employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health. At time of inspection facility had an employee illness policy on site, however it was not signed by employees and unable to be verified. Critical: Improper bare hand contact with RTE foods. During the inspection, cooked French fries were observed touching an employee’s hand while the employee was trying to fill containers of French fries. Discussed with the person in charge that ready to eat food must never come into contact with bare hands. Person in charge instructed the employee to wear gloves while working in the fry area.
