■ TIPP CITY (March 4) – Police received a complaint about a male juvenile who said he was punched in the face by another male juvenile downtown. Police said they were investigat­ing.

■ TIPP CITY (March 4) – A couple arguing in Menards led to a call to police. They said the woman went into a restroom while the man went to the parking lot where he was trying to get into a vehicle with a hanger. Although police were told the people might be intoxicate­d, they reported the two were fine and “flustered.” The couple was asked to leave the store.

■ CASSTOWN (Feb. 24) – Miami County sheriff’s deputies were asked to check on the welfare of an individual after the caller said the man’s vehicle swerved across traffic before pulling into a driveway and struggling to make their way into a house. The vehicle was found parked with what appeared to be “fresh” heavy damage along its passenger side. A deputy attempted to contact the driver but reported his attempts were not successful.

■ CONCORD TWP., Miami County (March 4) – A driver whose vehicle was stopped by a sheriff’s deputy on Interstate 75 north of Troy for driving outside marked lanes was arrested. The man was found to have a suspended license and two firearms along with suspected drugs were found in the vehicle, which was stopped around 1:15 a.m., deputies said.

■ BETHEL TWP., Miami County (March 1) – Sheriff’s deputies were called to a Bethel Twp. business on a report of an internal theft of product that had occurred over several months. An employee subsequent­ly was arrested, charged with theft and jailed, deputies said.
