Commissioners’ agenda; No drainage board
The Adams County Commissioner’s meeting has been moved back one day next week due to Tuesday, the normal meeting day, being Election Day in Adams County.
The commissioners’ agenda for the May 4 meeting which begins at 10 a.m. includes reports from the county auditor, county engineer, highway department, building maintenance, and treasurer.
At 10:50 a.m., Ian Gilbert, Jack Odle, and Sheriff Dan Mawhorr will appear before the commissioners to see approval for an Indiana Department of Corrections grant. Also on the agenda are reports from the county human resources coordinator and the county attorney.
The commissioners will conduct open office hours following the regular meeting in case anyone from the general public wishes to be heard.
It was also announced that the Adams County Drainage Board, which usually meets prior to the commissioners meeting, will not have a meeting next week.
