Carolyn Bayless
Carolyn R. (Carol) Bayless, 75, of Convoy, OH passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022 at her residence. Carol was born in St. Louis, MO on June 20, 1946 to the late Olan and Ina Belle (Palmer) Johnston.
Carol was a member of Country Side Church of the Nazarene. She worked as a cook at Woodcrest and Shane Hill Nursing Home.
She is survived by her children, Nick (Tina) McDonald of Richwood, OH, Danny (Shanti) Miller of Convoy, OH, Bob (Michelle) Miller of Berne, IN, Carmen (Scott) Smith of Geneva, IN and B.J. (Nicole) Bayless of Decatur, IN; a brother, Ray Johnston of KY; 2 sisters, Jeanie Murphy of Ohio City, OH and Darlene Black of Pleasant Mills, IN; 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Carol was preceded in death by a brother, Bob Woods.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Haggard-SeftonHirschy & Zelt Funeral Home with calling prior from Noon-2:00 p.m. Pastor Bob Miller will be officiating and burial will follow in Ray Cemetery.
Preferred memorials are to Adams County Cancer Coalition or A.C.C.F. Angel Cancer Fund.
