Two Ossian men cited for marijuana possession

The Adams County Sheriff’s Department booked in three persons at the Adams County Law Enforcement and Detention Center Thursday including a pair of men from Ossian who were both charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Ronald D. Albright, 78, and Ronald J. Albright, 67, of Ossian, both had book-in orders at the jail for their charges and were then ordered released from custody under their own recognizance.
