Three booked in at jail

Officials at the Adams County Law Enforcement and Detention Center booked in three persons on charges earlier this week.

The Adams County Sheriff’s Department cited Masilla A. Robertson, 43, Hindman, Kentucky, on Monday for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was placed at $550 cash and $4,000 surety.

On Tuesday, deputies served a bookin order on Robin M. Ryan, 35, Selkirk Lane, Decatur, for a violation of compulsory school attendance. She was released from custody under her own recognizance.

The Decatur Police Department arrested Catherine L. Carter, 32, Clermont Avenue, Decatur, on Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear in court. She is being held without bond.
