DPD issues six tickets

Six drivers were cited for vehicular infractions by the Decatur Police Department in recent days.

Cited for speeding were Amanda L. Mendoza, 28, 17th Street, Decatur, 70 in a 55 at CR 300 N and 200 W and Todd C. VonGunten, 49, Fort Wayne, 61 in a 45 zone in the 1700 block of N. 13th Street.

Others ticketed were: David P. Griesdorn, 55, Coldwater, Ohio, for having improper headlights on his vehicle; Quillen W. Riesen, 26, Bluffton, for driving with a suspended permit or license; David L. Geimer, 71, rural Decatur, for failing to wear a seat belt when operating a vehicle as required; and Jeffrey W. Schueler, 59, rural Decatur, for distracted driving.
