Police book in pair at jail

Two individuals were booked in at the Adams County Law Enforcement and Detention Center Wednesday by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department.

Sandra D. Rice, 48, Piedmont Lane, Decatur, had an order filed against her for violating the compulsory school attendance law. She was released from custody under her own recognizance.

Clinton A. Swaidner, 37, Albany, was arrested on a warrant for violation of pre-trial services. He is being held in custody without bond.
