City police cite two drivers

The Decatur Police Department ticketed a pair of drivers on Wednesday for vehicular offenses.

Charged were Eugene Anderson, 43, Gary, for unlawfully stopping a vehicle on N. 13th Street, and Carrie J. Heck, 52, Rockford , Ohio, for parking in a fire lane at the Decatur Walmart store on S. 13th Street.
