Police bookin nine at jail
The recent holiday weekend did not mean time off for the bookin area of the Adams County Law Enforcement and Detention Center with nine persons being arrested by police on charges.
Six of the arrests came from the Adams County Sheriff’s Department including:
Angela S. Boxell, 56, W. Monroe Street, Decatur, was charged Friday on a bookin order for driving while suspended with a prior DWS charge. She was released under her own recognizance.
John D. Joseph, 61, N. Second Street, Decatur was cited on a bookin order Saturday for driving while suspended with a prior DWS charge. He was released under his own recognizance.
Melissa M. Davis, 31, Fort Wayne, was held Saturday on a warrant for failure to pay child support. Her bond was set at $2,000 cash.
Leon D. Lehman, rural Geneva, was detained Sunday on a warrant for violation of probation. He is being held in custody without bond. Gustave K. Mboboshi, 25, Fort Wayne, had a bookin order Monday for driving while suspended. He was ordered released under his own recognizance.
Jessica V. Lagalo, 38, Morgantown, West Virginia, was arrested Monday on a warrant for a probation order violation. She is being held in custody without bond.
The Berne Police Department arrested Daniel Hernandez Rodriguez, 37, N. Jefferson Street, Berne, on Tuesday for operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .15 or above and for endangering a person while driving intoxicated. His bond was set at $450 cash and $5,000 surety.
The Indiana State Police charged Christopher A. Hildebrandt, 45, W. Quayle Run, Decatur, on Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of over .15 and for endangering a person while operating a vehicle intoxicated. Following a 10-hour burnoff period in jail, his bond was placed at $400 cash and $3,000 surety.
The Decatur Police Department arrested Coy W. Patterson, 41, rural Decatur, on Sunday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person while operating a vehicle intoxicated, and for driving left of center in the 1900 west block on Monroe Street. He had a six-hour burnoff period in jail and his bond was then set at $400 cash and $3,000 surety.
