Jail book in stays busy

Persons were booked in over the weekend by police at the Adams County Law Enforcement and Detention Center.

The Berne Police Department charged Juan C. Roman, 27, on Friday on a warrant for failure to appear. He is being held in custody without bond.

The Decatur Police Department detained Derek T. Zerbe, 30, Cambridge Court, Decatur, on Friday on a warrant for violation of probation. He is being held in custody without bond.

Local police cited Seath E. Cannan, 25, Fort Wayne, with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and driving while suspended with a similar driving charge within the past 10 years. Information about his bond was not available.

The others were all arrested by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department.

Joshua M. Sereceno, 35, Fort Wayne, was held Saturday on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. His bond was placed at $200 cash and $3,000 surety.

Lance G. Lehman, 57, rural Berne, was arrested Saturday on a book in order for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person while driving intoxicated, and public intoxication. He was released under his own recognizance.

Stacey Y. Paz, 35, rural Decatur, was charged Saturday on a warrant for violation of probation. She is being held in custody without bond.

Gabriel E. Shaw, 21, N. Fourth Street, Decatur, was cited Friday on a warrant for failure to appear. He is being held in custody without bond.

Kameron D. Hawkins, 25, Center Street, Berne, was detained Friday on a warrant for having a controlled substance and dealing cocaine or narcotic drug. His bond is $1,000 cash and $30,000 surety.

Xavier Q. Eldridge, 33, Fort Wayne, was arrested Friday on a warrant for violation of probation. He is being held in custody without bond.

Deputies cited Shaniya L. Price, 25, Fort Wayne, with causing serious bodily injury when operating a vehicle with a schedule one or two drug or its metabolite in her bloodstream.
