Indiana Sheriff’s Association launches new website
The Indiana Sheriffs’ Association has announced the launching of their New ISA Website. Adams County Sheriff Dan Mawhorr noted the website has made many updates and changes to the new website and the ISA is confident that this online space will provide many helpful tools and resources to our sheriffs, their staff, and the communities they serve.
The new ISA website can help people:

— Gain access to the ISA online training academy — Register for in-person trainings
— View the Sex and Violent offender registry
— Find current events and read our newsletters
— Access vendor resources and partnership opportunities
— Order the “ISA Ride with the Star” license plate through your local DMV

Mawhorr said the Association is formed for the purposes of promoting the general public welfare through the cooperation of the different sheriffs and deputy sheriffs in the State of Indiana in the performance of their duties.
“In carrying out this purpose the Association shall act as a coordinating, educational and service organization for the 92 county sheriffs’ offices to promote and improve the delivery of county sheriffs’ services, foster professionalism through the criminal justice system, and to encourage the appreciation and practice of law enforcement in the State of Indiana,” Mawhorr added..
