NOTICE OF INTENT TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS TO DISPOSE BY SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OF TOWN OF GENEVA PURSUANT TO I.C. 5-22-22-5 Notice is hereby given that the Town of Geneva, Indiana intends to dispose by sale of the following described personal property pursuant to I.C. 5-22-22-5 which is no longer needed or is unfit for the purpose for which it was intended. The sale shall be made by receiving sealed bids.

This vehicle will be on display at the Town of Geneva Volunteer Fire Department, 200 East Line Street, Geneva, Indiana 46740, from the date of this notice until bid opening.

Sealed bids must be received by the Town of Geneva, c/o Clerk Treasurer, Geneva Town Hall, 411 East Line Street, Geneva, Indiana 46740, until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. Bids shall be opened at the regular meeting of the Common Council of the Town of Geneva, Indiana on March 12, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. The sale will be made to the highest responsible and responsive bidder. However, the Town of Geneva reserves the right to reject all bids.
