NOTICE OF INTENT TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS TO DISPOSE BY SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OF TOWN OF GENEVA PURSUANT TO I.C. 5-22-22-5 Notice is hereby given that the Town of Geneva, Indiana intends to dispose by sale of the following described personal property pursuant to I.C. 5-22-22-5 which is no longer needed or is unfit for the purpose for which it was intended. The sale shall be made by receiving sealed bids.

The property is described as follows:1992 Internatio­nal 4700LP 4X2, 4 door cab rescue body; Engine: DT/DTA 360; VIN# 1HTSLPHL7N­H449937; Wheel base 206"; Milage: 26,946; Hours: 4066; Engine PTO driven Generator; Electric motor hydraulic pump rescue tools; TNT rescue tools; Combinatio­n spreader cutter 10" (Spreader 18". Cutter); Ram 24"- 32"; Ram 36"- 60"; Also a Portable Honda 2.5 motor TNT hydraulic pump; On board electric cord reel 50 feet 15A. Onboard air reel hose 100 feet; On board SCBA cascade air fill station 5000psi. Has not been certified in last 3 years; Extended front bumper with storage boxes and Ramsey Winch 12,000lbs; Shore power Electric air pump for brakes. Shore power auto eject kussmall 20A; 120v AC scene lights; New Alternator and Batteries.

This vehicle will be on display at the Town of Geneva Volunteer Fire Department, 200 East Line Street, Geneva, Indiana 46740, from the date of this notice until bid opening.

Sealed bids must be received by the Town of Geneva, c/o Clerk Treasurer, Geneva Town Hall, 411 East Line Street, Geneva, Indiana 46740, until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. Bids shall be opened at the regular meeting of the Common Council of the Town of Geneva, Indiana on March 12, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. The sale will be made to the highest responsibl­e and responsive bidder. However, the Town of Geneva reserves the right to reject all bids.
