Cinnamon Date Oatmeal Bowls

2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened 1 cup gluten-free oats 4 tablespoons light agave syrup 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Chopped dates, for garnish Shredded coconut, for garnish Sliced almonds, for garnish
1. In a large saucepan, combine the coconut milk, oats, agave, and cinnamon over mediumhigh heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 20 minutes until thick.
2. Divide evenly into serving bowls and top with chopped dates, shredded coconut and sliced almonds if desired. Serve warm.
