-

“The View” contributor Ana Navarro says she has tested negative for COVID-19 three times following Friday’s dramatic on-air moment when she and co-host Sunny Hostin were informed they had tested positive – right before an in-studio interview with Vice President Kamala Harris.

“Very thankful to have gotten a third negative PCR test result this afternoon,” Navarro tweeted Saturday. USA TODAY has reached out to Hostin’s representatives for further updates.

“It was very important to err on the side of caution because it was about the safety of the vice president,” Navarro added, thanking Harris and her team for “being such pros and rolling with the punches.”

The TV host ended with a call for others to get vaccinated against COVID-19, “so we can beat this damn thing, once and for all.”

Felton ‘on the mend’ after collapse

Tom Felton, best known for portraying Draco Malfoy in the “Harry Potter” film series, is “on the mend” after he collapsed Thursday at a celebrity golf tournament.

Felton, who was representing Europe, had just finished posing for photos on the 18th green when the actor, who turned 34 on a day earlier, seized and fell to the ground. Ryder Cup organizers said only that Felton experienced “a medical incident” at Whistling Straits and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. The actor provided an upbeat update to fans Saturday on Instagram, where he shared – with a guitar in hand – that he was “on the road to recovery” and “feeling better by the day” while expressing gratitude for all the well-wishes he received.
