MERCEDES-BENZ
2018-PRESENT AMG GT R
Mercedes-AMG’s current supercar is the GT R (not to be confused with the CLK-GTR that won the FIA GT Championship in 1997). The contemporary GT R is a sharper-edged version of the AMG GT sports car. While tracktuned, it remains street-legal, competing with the likes of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS and exotics from Ferrari and Lamborghini.
1955 300SLR
The legendary 1955 300 SLR was built to contest the World Sportscar Championship at events like Le Mans, the Targa Florio and the Mille Miglia in the hands of heroes like Stirling Moss and Juan Manuel Fangio, but there were actually street versions built as well— including a beautiful coupe built for the Mercedes racing team boss Rudolph Uhlenhaut.
