Super Duty F-250/F-350/F-450
INSTEAD OF A less-is-more mantra, Ford believes more is more, especially when it comes to the F-Series Super Duty. For 2019, the automaker extracts even more power from the 6.7L Power Stroke V-8 engine: 450 hp and 935 lb-ft of torque to be exact. That’s 10 more of each than 2018, and enough to make it the class-leader for power. Super Duty boasts bragging rights when it comes to towing capacity: 21,000 pounds of conventional trailer, 27,500 with a fifth-wheel trailer, and 35,000 pounds with a gooseneck trailer (F-450, properly equipped).
The ’19 Super Duty is available in three models: F-250, F-350, and F-450, depending on how much capability you need or want. All three can be purchased in three cab styles: regular, Super Cab, and crew cab. The F-250 isn’t available with dual rear wheels, and the F-450 is only available with dual rear wheels. From the basic entrylevel XL to the Limited, the Super Duty comes in every flavor from work truck to luxury sedan replacement.
Pricing for a ’19 Super Duty starts at $43,765 for an F-250, $44,935 for an F-350, and $48,870 for an F-450.
With 450 hp and 935 lb-ft of torque, the 6.7L Power Stroke–equipped Ford F-Series Super Duty is the most powerful truck you can buy off the showroom floor.
Equipping a ’19 F-450 with the 6.7L diesel engine gives it an astonishing 35,000-pound towing capacity.
