The drone-as-a-ser­vice model has been evolv­ing since FAA reg­u­la­tions were loos­ened on com­mer­cial use of un­manned aerial ve­hi­cles, and few firms have ex­celled in this space as much as Ke­spry. Mathew took the reins at the com­pany in Jan­uary 2017 and has made sig­nif­i­cant in­roads into the in­sur­ance mar­ket since, pre­sid­ing over the launch of its in­sur­ance-spe­cific of­fer­ing and ink­ing a con­tract with Farm­ers In­sur­ance. Look­ing to the fu­ture, Mathew writes on the com­pany blog that this year, Ke­spry will “con­tinue adding deeper cloud ca­pa­bil­i­ties, as well as en­hanc­ing how Ke­spry data can be ex­pe­ri­enced with in­te­gra­tions into the en­ter­prise sys­tems our cus­tomers use ev­ery day to drive their busi­nesses.”
