You might have A WATER LEAK IF...

Do It Yourself - - DIY Q&A -

1 You spot moss on the exterior of your home. Low-growing green in key spots, such as near downspouts or gutters, might indicate that water is pooling where it should be draining.

2 You see a water stain inside on a ceiling or wall. Most people assume a leak equals a large, brown spot, but the signs could be subtler like a slight discoloration in a corner.

3 You’ve got a drip. It’s obvious, of course, but this may also mean an ice dam or jammed gutter, which could mean bad things that you’re unaware of are happening behind the scenes!
