Tick­ets on sale for Down­town Cam­bridge’s Spring Fling

CAM­BRIDGE — Tick­ets are on sale for Down­town Cam­bridge’s an­nual Spring Fling fundraiser event set for Satur­day, April 7.

The event will be from 6 to 11 p.m. at the his­toric Phillips Hard­ware Com­pany build­ing lo­cated at 447 Race Street. Celebrating 15 years of the Arts and En­ter­tain­ment district in down­town Cam­bridge with the sights, tastes, and sounds. Learn more about what Down­town Cam­bridge will be up to in 2018 and be­yond.

Tick­ets are $70, and can be pur­chased at down­town­cam­bridge.org or by call­ing 443477-0843. Mu­sic will be by Jimmy C. Cole Band, and food will be by The High Spot.

Down­town Cam­bridge will be hon­or­ing Ted Brooks, CPA, with the Mar­jorie S. Led­num Award for his vol­un­teer work.

Tick­ets in­clude one drink ticket per per­son, a taste of down­town and food and car catered by The High Spot.

Guests will be greeted with sam­ples of the Hy­att Ch­e­sa­peake Bay “Off the Rook” RAR brew and a glass of cham­pagne when you en­ter. En­ter to win an overnight stay at the Hy­att Re­gency Ch­e­sa­peake Bay for free. Arts & En­ter­tain­ment district artist cre­ated cen­ter­pieces by Dorch­ester Cen­ter for the Arts, Main Street Gallery and Joy Stan­i­forth will be auc­tioned off dur­ing the evening.

A Taste of Down­town with sam­ple dishes from se­lect down­town es­tab­lish­ments like Low & Slow BBQ, Stoked and oth­ers will be fea­tured.

Live auc­tion in­cludes a two-night stay at the Hy­att Grand Cy­press in Or­lando, Fla., an per­sonal chef for an evening with Pa­trick Fan­ning. Si­lent auc­tion in­cludes Pri­vate Ch­e­sa­peake Ghost tour for six with Mindie Bur­goyne. Ex­plore the most haunted street in Mary­land right here in Cam­bridge.
