• provide top-quality samples.

• Make sure that you have a consistent supply or be able to clarify the quantity that you have available.

DON’T

• Be late on deliveries.

• Be afraid to price your product higher based on quality and the fact that it is locally produced.

• Tell the chefs how to cook. they know what they are doing!
