Notes: The event returns after being canceled in 2020 due to the coronaviru­s pandemic. Kang will defend his maiden PGA Tour victory from two years ago. While it comes at a different course, Kang is a member of TPC Craig Ranch . ... The field includes only two top-10 players in No. 3 Jon Rahm and No. 4 Bryson DeChambeau and 10 of the top 30 in the FedEx Cup standings . ... The event moves to TPC Craig Ranch after two years at Trinity Forest Golf Club. TPC Craig Ranch, designed by Tom Weiskopf and completed in 2004, has played host to the Korn Ferry Tour and is slated to host the Byron Nelson for the next five years.
