Andrew Hilman, Archbishop Riordan, 6-4, sophomore: Received a WCAL firstteam selection. Averaged 14.9 points, 6.4 rebounds and 4.3assists per game for a team that went 14-0in league play and defeated Archbishop Mitty for the CCS Open Division championsh­ip. Reached NorCal Open Division final.

Antonio Kellogg Jr., Ygnacio Valley, 6-3, junior: A Diablo Athletic League first-team selection, Kellogg was Ygnacio Valley's floor general and leading scorer. He averaged 18.2points and 3.2assists per game. He helped lead the Wolves to a Diablo Athletic League regular-season title.

Anthony Lacy, Oakland, 6-5, senior: Lacy was an OAL first-team selection, averaging 11.3 and 8.8 rebounds per game. In the Wildcats' upset win over Modesto Christian, Lacy scored 20points. Helped Oakland reach the Division II NorCal regional final.

Aadi Malali, Dougherty Valley, 6-4, senior: Malali seemingly hit every clutch shot for Dougherty Valley en route to the Wildcats' second consecutiv­e NCS championsh­ip, this one in Division I. Malali averaged 17points, eight rebounds, three assists and two steals per game and was an EBAL first-team selection.

Brian Botteen, San Ramon Valley: Botteen led San Ramon Valley to the Division I state championsh­ip in 2015, his first season as head coach. This season, Botteen's Wolves made it back to the state championsh­ip game and fell just short to SoCal powerhouse St. John Bosco in the Division I final. He led San Ramon Valley to the EBAL tournament championsh­ip and CIF NorCal D-I title, doing it all without a transfer player and with a group that has been developed over the course of three and four years.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE AND HOW SELECTIONS ARE MADE: Athletes eligible for all-Bay Area News Group recognitio­n come from leagues based predominan­tly in Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. The selections this season were made by the Bay Area News Group's Darren Sabedra, Joseph Dycus and Nathan Canilao.

Second-team pick Wyatt Sparling of Branham averaged 16points per game this season.

Keshia Vitalicio, Carondelet, 5-9, senior: East Bay Athletic League player of the year and Lehigh commit led Carondelet to the NorCal Division I title game. A clutch point guard who made eight free throws in overtime to beat McClatchy in the regional semifinals.

Belle Bramer, Archbishop Mitty, 6-1, senior: First-team All-WCAL selection showed no signs of rust after sitting out last season due to transfer rules. Lehigh commit was an integral part of Archbishop Mitty's 30-0start to the season.

Devin Cosgriff, Bishop O'Dowd, 5-11, sophomore: All-WACC selection made the winning shot against Carondelet in the NorCal title game. Has an offer from UCLA and scored 11 points in O'Dowd's rout against St. Ignatius in NorCal play. Ashanti Dias, Archbishop Riordan, 5-4, senior: First-team All-WCAL selection led Archbishop Riordan to the CCS Open Division playoffs and an upset victory over Acalanes in the NorCal playoffs. Dias scored 19points in the Crusaders' victory over St. Ignatius in January.

Madalyn Kanazawa, Salesian, 5-4, senior: First-team All-Tri-County Athletic
